Physiotherapy That Gets You Moving Again
Chiropractic Services
Our physiotherapists provide evidence-based, movement-focused care that gets you back to what moves you. Physiotherapy at Tensegrity is assessment-led: we find the cause of your pain or restriction, then combine hands-on treatment with a structured exercise plan so results last. Physiotherapy is available at our St Leonards clinic, and in the comfort of your own home through Tensegrity Home.
What does physiotherapy help with?
Physiotherapy is commonly used to support recovery from:
- Back and neck pain
- Sports injuries and overuse injuries
- Post-injury and post-surgical rehabilitation
- Knee, hip, shoulder and ankle conditions
- Tendon and soft-tissue injuries
- Osteoarthritis, including through our dedicated Knee Osteoarthritis Program
- Balance, strength and mobility for older adults, in clinic or at home
The Knee Osteoarthritis Program
Led by our physiotherapist, the Knee Osteoarthritis Program is a structured, exercise-based plan for managing knee osteoarthritis. It starts with a thorough assessment, then builds a progressive strength and education program to help you keep moving and manage your symptoms. Ask our team whether it suits you.
