What does No Gap mean?

It means you pay nothing on the day.

  1. You bring your health fund card to your appointment.
  2. We swipe it at reception and your fund pays its part on the spot.
  3. We cover whatever is left over. There is nothing for you to pay.

This applies if your health fund policy includes physiotherapy (often called “extras” cover). Not sure whether yours does? Ring us on (02) 8964 6698 before you book and we will check it for you.
