1. Who Can Join:

• Open to all existing patients of  Tensegrity Sports Clinic.

2. Promo Dates:

• Runs from 01 to 30 September 2024.

3. How to Enter:

• Refer new patients to our clinic.
• The new patient must mention your name or referral code when they book their first appointment.
• Only referrals that result in a completed consultation or treatment will count.

4. Prizes:

• The top two referrers will each win a Theragun Elite.
• If there’s a tie, the earliest completed referral wins.

5. How You’ll Know if You Win:

• Winners will be announced on 5 October 2024 via our social media and contacted by phone or email.
• Winners must claim their prize within 30 days.

6. Important Notes:

• Referrals must be first-time patients.
• Prizes can’t be swapped for cash or anything else.
