Anne has lived an active lifestyle since a young age where she played soccer, softball and completed all gradings in ballet, tap and jazz (BDA). After completing a Bachelor of Science, her love for sport and positive experiences with a Chiropractor sculpted her path to pursue her career. This was achieved by completing a Graduate Certificate and Masters of Chiropractic at Macquarie University.
With a passion for sports Chiropractic, Anne has had experience treating a range of athletes including treating at triathlons and working for a women’s state league soccer team. She also has a strong focus on treating postural dysfunctions often developed due to increased computer use and desk work.
Anne’s extensive understanding of human biomechanics aided by her multi-modal approach enables her to not only address injuries but restore function, muscle balance and prevent re-injury. This is achieved by using a range of techniques including manual adjusting, drop piece, soft tissue work, dry needling, taping, exercise prescription and advice.
